Responsible for preventive and reactive maintenance on our Retail locations across the US, via Facilities Management Software.

- Process service orders (tickets) via Facilities Management Software, servicing small-box retail locations across the US.
- Sourcing of maintenance and construction vendors across the United States, these vendors must agree to CONIFE terms on payments, quality, and service standards.
- Coordinate furniture arrangements, new equipment installation, preventive and reactive maintenance between Sales Branch Managers, District Managers and external service providers.
- Constantly provide follow up until work orders are completed.
- Creation and follow up of purchase requisitions with the Procurement team.




- Vendor payment follows up with the Accounts payable team.
- Participation during the mergers and acquisition processes

Requirements

- Education Level: High School

- Advanced English Level

- Computer knowledge

- Word processing software

- Spreadsheet software
- Email management.
