Our client is a world leader in energy solutions and now is looking for a Finance Manager that will be leading the Financial Planning and Analysis to ensure corporate guidelinesâ adherence regarding budget, forecast and capital investment. The position will design and deploy operational procedures and processes that meet audit standards and improve efficiency. Ensure the integrity, accurate consolidation, analysis and reporting of financial data, revenue and financial analysis.

Monthly P&L; statement preparation and account reconciliation, financial reporting, year end and quarter end review/ audit preparation, physical inventory analysis and drives the budget and forecast activities. Three to five (3-5) yearsâ prior supervisory experience in the financial analysis reporting with a integral manufacturing corporation. In-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and other financial principles.

BA/BS in Business with an emphasis in Accounting. Financial post-degree or MBA a plus. â ERP business intelligence (SAP, Oracle ) is a must.
