This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role idóneo for someone who thrives in structured workflows, values clean code, and takes ownership of performance, stability, and quality. Develop, maintain, and optimize WordPress websites using modern, scalable best practices.





Translate

Figma or design files into clean, responsive, and accessible WordPress builds. Optimize site speed, performance, and Core Web Vitals. Implement technical SEO best practices across site structure, templates, and content.

Manage plugins responsibly with a focus on stability, performance, and security. Troubleshoot bugs, compatibility issues, and performance bottlenecks. Collaborate with designers, SEO specialists, and Account Managers to deliver projects on schedule. developing and maintaining WordPress websites (agency or client-facing environments preferred).

PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript , and WordPress core architecture. such as Elementor (or equivalent). technical SEO , site performance optimization, and Core Web Vitals. version control (Git) and working with staging/production environments. Strong attention to detail, code quality, and documentation. Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a remote, deadline-driven environment .
