This position mainly focuses on the execution of design deliverables with a goal to grow your digital marketing mindset while working alongside a team of fellow designers,



editors and strategists. Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department Work closely with a team of designers, editors, and ACDs in the execution of all design deliverables for your pod and owned accounts Collaborate with our Creative & Marketing teams to craft creative & engaging designs/content across various marketing channels Social Media, Paid Advertising, Email, Content Marketing, Infographics and Branding Maintain an organized workflow and keep to deadlines across multiple projects Apply learnings from Power metrics & other creative content that's out in the world Keep a pulse on design trends + implementing them into client's content strategy in a timely manner 3+ years of experience in design and creative A strong understanding of visual design, branding, and the digital landscape Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc. Ability to multitask & be versátil in day-to-day tasks within an agency culture Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Own 100% of Graphic Design work for up to 10 clients Deliver high quality graphic designs during design phases of marketing projects Delivering project phase completion (design) on time, within the projected timeline Utilize modern trends, techniques, and strategies in graphic design to provide the best possible product for our clients Power Digital's people and culture are at the core of our success, which is why diversity in our team's backgrounds and experiences are paramount.
