Role Description This is a full-time, on-site 人力资源经理 (Human Resources Manager) role based in Monterrey, NLE.

The Human Resources

Manager will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. Daily responsibilities include developing HR policies, managing payroll and benefits administration, maintaining compliance with local labor laws, and handling employee relations issues. The role will coordinate training and development programs, support managers with workforce planning, and implement initiatives to strengthen engagement, retention, and a safe, inclusive workplace.

Manager will collaborate closely with local leadership and global HR counterparts to align HR practices with Hengli’s operational and strategic goals.

Qualifications

- Experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Knowledge of Mexican labor law, compensation and benefits practices, and HR compliance requirements.
- Skills in HR policy development, process improvement, and documentation of HR procedures.
- Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication abilities for working with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in HR information systems and standard office software (e.g., HRIS, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; HR certifications are a plus.
- Professional fluency in Spanish; English language skills and experience in an international or manufacturing environment are highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and support a culture of safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
