Country Manager – Mexico Industry: Pharmaceutical Glass / Pharmaceutical Packaging Location: Mexico Reporting to: Sales Director About the Role We are helping a company in the pharmaceutical glass and pharmaceutical packaging industry find an experienced Country Manager – Mexico to lead business development in the Mexican market. This is a hands-on commercial leadership role focused on developing new business, managing key customers, and coordinating with headquarters and internal teams. As the business grows, the Country Manager may also build and lead a local commercial team.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Mexico. Develop new customers and manage key accounts, distributors, and business partners. Lead customer relationships, negotiations, and the sales process.

Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Coordinate with headquarters and internal teams to ensure smooth order execution. Prepare sales forecasts and market updates.



Travel within Mexico to visit customers and develop business opportunities.

Build a local sales team as the business expands.

Requirements ~ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. ~5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in Mexico. ~ Experience in pharmaceutical glass, pharmaceutical packaging, primary packaging, or a related industry is preferred. ~ Proven experience developing customers and managing key accounts. ~ Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills. ~ Native or professional-level Spanish and good business English. ~ Good understanding of the Mexican market. ~ Willingness to travel within Mexico.

Preferred Qualifications Existing network in the Mexican pharmaceutical or packaging industry.

Experience working with international companies or overseas headquarters.

Experience building a market or commercial team.
