- Handle Microsoft Exchange Server 2007/2010 Be a part of setting up new test equipment.

- HW & SW debugging on test equipment.

- Training new User
- Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.

- Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure / add new services as necessary.
- Handle backup, restore, Antivirus, Monitoring, adaption of IT-controls.

Create, change, and delete user accounts.

- Repair and recover from hardware or software and Network failures. Always strictly complied with Company’s management systems and regulations.

- Including Firewall, VM-ware, Cisco, Windows Server, Terminal Services, and Citrix.
- Process good skills in providing Technical Support to end user, problem solving, quick to react. Familiar with administration of large enterprise environments.
