Role Description This full-time, on-site KAM Walmart role is based in Polanco, CDMX.

The Key Account

Manager will oversee the Walmart account portfolio, leading annual and monthly business planning, forecasting, and execution to achieve sales, margin, and share objectives for Kimberly-Clark de México.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing joint business plans, managing promotions, pricing, and assortment, and ensuring optimal execution at store and regional levels. The role involves analyzing sales and market data, identifying growth opportunities, managing negotiations with Walmart buyers, and coordinating with internal teams such as sales operations, marketing, finance, and supply chain. The KAM will also monitor service levels, resolve operational issues, prepare performance reports, and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key decision-makers at Walmart.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and financial indicators for decision-making and opportunity identification.




- Proven experience in Account Management and Key Accounts, preferably handling large retail or modern trade customers such as Walmart.
- Business Planning expertise, including forecasting, budgeting, and execution of commercial plans aligned with company and customer strategies.
- Customer Service orientation with the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships and resolve issues effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in FMCG or consumer products, ideally within retail channel management in Mexico.
- Solid negotiation and communication skills, with proficiency in Spanish and intermediate or higher English.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis tools; experience with CRM or sales tracking systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Polanco, CDMX, manage multiple priorities, and deliver against deadlines.
