About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Lead Frontend Engineer to join our team in Mexico City. The idóneo candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in modern frontend development and experience leading technical initiatives using React, Next.js, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and GraphQL.

You will be responsible for designing scalable frontend solutions, driving technical decisions, mentoring engineers, and collaborating closely with product, design, backend, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications.
- Develop modern frontend applications using React and Next.js.
- Integrate frontend applications with GraphQL APIs and backend services.
- Work extensively with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and integrate AEM content with modern frontend applications.
- Establish frontend architecture, coding standards, reusable components, and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to frontend developers.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high standards for performance, security,



scalability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with UX/UI, product managers, backend engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive them through to resolution.
- Contribute to technical documentation and architectural decisions.
- Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and recommend improvements to the development ecosystem.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong professional experience in React.js.
- Strong experience with Next.js.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Strong understanding and practical experience with GraphQL.
- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience designing frontend architecture and scalable applications.
- Strong understanding of responsive web development and frontend performance optimization.
- Experience with REST APIs and modern web development practices.
- Experience with Git and modern CI/CD development workflows.
- Proven experience leading frontend development teams or technical initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- English proficiency at C1/C2 level is required.
