•Manage external transportation networks and JIT delivery routes.

•Represent plant in JIT logistics calls with suppliers and carriers.

•Oversee yard management and trailer safety/capacity.

•Maintain common ship and delivery schedule accuracy (RDP and Calendar).

•Lead training and manpower management for shipping/receiving.

•Ensure alignment and compliance with Security, Safety, Facilities

•Balance of dock matrix and unloading schedules

•Mopar sheet metal

QualificationsPROFILE

- EDUCATION:
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree (Industrial / Logistics/ Supply Chain Engineering),



Business Administration / International Business
- Preferred: Experience (1–2+ years) inbound logistics performance and delivery

- LANGUAGES – English 60% (Intermediate +)
- SKILLS:

- Operational Skills & KPI improvements
- Continuous improvement (Understanding of automotive supply chain processes, Just-in-Time (JIT) principles, problem solving & decision-making)
- Leadership (communication, discipline, cross-functional coordination)
