Responsibilities

- Deliver quality nursing care consistent with residents' care plans
- Administer medications and treatments
- Observe, assess, and report changes in resident conditions
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards
- Work closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary staff
- Support a culture of dignity, respect, and excellence in resident care

Qualifications

- Active California LVN license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Skilled nursing, rehabilitation,



or post-acute experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
