Capgemini is responsible for managing local payroll and benefits. This leadership role will support the Finance organization by driving financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and strategic decision-making across multiple business units. The position will partner closely with senior business leaders to provide financial insights, improve operational efficiency, and support enterprise growth initiatives.

Adecuado Candidate Profile: 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A;, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Finance. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. Prior leadership experience managing finance teams. (Manager, etc) Expertise in forecasting, financial modeling, portfolio planning, and P&L; management.

Proven ability to influence business decisions through data-driven financial insights. banking or financial services experience also considered.

English communication skills. Lead annual operating planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes. Develop financial models to evaluate business performance and strategic initiatives. Identify business risks and opportunities through financial analysis.

Establish KPIs and performance management frameworks. Present financial results and recommendations to senior leadership. Lead and develop a team of finance professionals. Ensure adherence to financial governance and internal controls.

Support strategic projects, investments, and business cases. Balance enterprise growth expectations against actual market performance and business realities. Consolidate financial planning across multiple sales channels and product portfolios.
