We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to lead the implementation and start-up of assembly and manufacturing lines for a project based in Georgia, USA .

This is a unique opportunity to gain international experience while enjoying competitive compensation and full relocation support.

Candidates must currently reside in Chihuahua or Querétaro.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the implementation and start-up of manufacturing and assembly lines.
- Coordinate equipment installation and workstation setup.
- Supervise facility installations (electricity, gas, compressed air).
- Design and optimize plant layouts.
- Manage purchase requisitions and budget tracking.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Provide on-site project support and progress reporting.

What We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).




- Previous experience in manufacturing line implementation/start-up (preferred).
- AutoCAD proficiency (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Excellent English proficiency (advanced level required – technical and conversational). This is indispensable.
- Spanish proficiency.
- Valid passport and U.S. travel documentation.
- Availability to remain on-site in the U.S. for 3–6 months.

Assignment Details:

- On-site in the U.S. for up to 6 months.
- Option to return to Mexico once per month (extended weekend flights covered).

What We Offer:

- Gross monthly salary: $55,000 – $65,000 MXN.
- Fully covered housing during U.S. assignment.
