We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Assistant to support a growing B2B consulting and SaaS-focused organization serving the construction industry. This role is execution-focused and ideal for a marketer who enjoys building campaigns, managing CRM systems, and driving measurable results through digital channels. You'll play a key role in increasing brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and supporting SaaS growth initiatives in a results-driven environment.

Execute and manage day-to-day marketing activities across social media, email, and direct outreach channels Schedule and publish content on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook Design simple marketing visuals using Canva Repurpose long-form content into short-form posts and reels Engage with target audiences through comments, reactions, and direct messages Build and manage targeted lead lists aligned with idóneo customer profiles Execute LinkedIn, email, and messenger outreach campaigns Maintain consistent follow-up and outreach sequences Log and manage all lead activity within the CRM system Build and manage email marketing campaigns and nurture sequences Maintain clean, organized CRM data including lead stages, tags, and segmentation Support CRM and marketing automation workflows Track performance metrics related to engagement, leads, demos, and conversions Prepare simple weekly or monthly performance summaries Use AI tools to support content creation and outreach drafts, with full human review and quality control Assist with marketing collateral, lead magnets, blog content, and website updates as needed Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B digital marketing or lead generation Experience managing social media,



email campaigns, and outbound outreach Comfortable working with CRM systems and managing lead data Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Experience with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation campaigns Professional written and verbal communication skills Strong assets (nice to have): Experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Marketing Automation, or Zoho One Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator Experience in construction, trades, or B2B SaaS marketing Experience supporting subscription-based products Comfort using AI tools responsibly in marketing workflows Schedule & availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM PST (Part-time, Remote) Application process Qualified candidates will be contacted for an initial screening, followed by a role-focused interview to discuss experience, availability, and fit.
