The Role: AI Automation Enablement Specialist The Location: Mexico City (Hybrid 2 days per week onsite)

The Impact: This role will accelerate automation adoption through training, workshops, co-build support, troubleshooting, and governance, while empowering business users and champions to build higher-quality solutions with less dependency on the core RPA team.

The Team:

DJI RPA team is the organization’s central hub for intelligent automation, helping business users turn ideas into scalable, production-ready solutions. Through structured Power Automate training, hands-on workshops, project assessment, co-build support, troubleshooting, and Power Platform governance, we enable teams to build automation capabilities while maintaining enterprise standards for quality, compliance, and sustainability

Responsibilities:

- Automation solution design: Evaluate use cases, design practical workflows, and recommend appropriate automation approaches.
- Power Platform development: Build, troubleshoot, and support Power Automate flows, Power BI reporting, and all other tools in Power Platform.
- AI/RPA enablement: Help users apply AI and automation tools to real business scenarios.
- Training and facilitation: Deliver structured learning sessions, workshops, office hours, and project showcases.
- Stakeholder management: Collaborate with business developers, champions,



team leads, application teams, and corporate technology teams
- Governance mindset: Promote compliant, maintainable, and production-ready automation solutions following DJI AI/ RPA framework and best practices
- Problem solving: Investigate technical issues, identify root causes, and guide users toward sustainable fixes.
- Community building: Support business champions and build a collaborative AI automation user community.

Skills and Qualifications:

- 3+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Platform, or low-code/no-code development
- 3+ years hands-on experience on building Copilot Agent and/or other AI tools
- Experience with Databricks is a big plus.
- Proficient communication oral and written skills in English.
- Ability to assess business processes, identify automation opportunities, and translate business requirements into technical workflows
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Good project coordination skills, including task tracking, stakeholder follow-up, delivery planning, UAT coordination, rollout support, and lessons-learned facilitation
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, Operations, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience .
