We are seeking an experienced Ocean Operations Team Leader to join our Shared Service Center and lead a team supporting North American freight forwarding operations. This role is perfect for logistics professionals who want to combine operational expertise with people leadership in a global,



fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

Lead and develop a team of 10-15 logistics professionals.

Oversee end-to-end Ocean Import & Export operations.

Monitor KPIs, productivity, service levels, and operational performance.

Resolve escalations and drive customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with global stakeholders, carriers, customs brokers, and internal teams.

Drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.

Ensure compliance with company policies and international logistics regulations.

What We're Looking For

- 3-5 years of Freight Forwarding experience
- Strong Ocean Import & Export operational knowledge
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Conversational to advanced English proficiency
- CargoWise or similar freight forwarding systems experience
- Strong customer focus and stakeholder management skills
- Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing teams
