Analyst to provide crucial foundational support for our daily fintech operations, helping us scale efficiently and maintain regulatory compliance. This entry-level position is designed for someone eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced fintech environment, playing a key role in continuous process improvement and smooth business execution.

Assist in critical onboarding procedures, including KYC, KYB, and AML checks, ensuring strict compliance with internal policies and financial regulations. Execute data entry and maintain accurate operational systems, records, and documentation.



Assist in generating reports related to operational performance and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), escalating concerns or delays to senior team members as needed.

Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Basic knowledge of financial regulations and internal compliance policies. Independent analytical skills using spreadsheets, SQL, Python, or data visualization tools like Metabase .
