We are looking for a Operational Safety Risk Analysis Leader to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.

This role is idóneo for a strategic, analytical, and proactive individual who understands how to lead operational safety investigations, identify root causes and contributing factors of safety events, assess operational hazards and risks, establish effective mitigation strategies, oversee safety performance indicators, ensure compliance with mandatory reporting requirements, and promote a strong safety culture across the organization. This position plays a key role in maintaining the highest operational safety standards while supporting data-driven decision-making, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement throughout Aeromexico and Aeromexico Connect operations.

Educational requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Accident and Incident Investigation training or certification.
- Training in Safety Management Systems (SMS).

Experience:

- Proven experience leading operational safety investigations within the aviation industry.
- Experience conducting root cause analysis, hazard identification, and operational risk assessments.
- Experience developing, monitoring, and analyzing Operational Safety Performance Indicators (SPIs) and safety dashboards.
- Experience coordinating mandatory safety reporting processes in compliance with national and international aviation regulations.
- Experience collaborating with aviation authorities, regulatory agencies,



and external stakeholders during investigations and audits.
- Experience overseeing the implementation and effectiveness of safety mitigation actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience representing an organization during emergency response investigations as part of an accident or incident investigation team.
- Knowledge of airline operational processes, including Flight Operations, Maintenance, Ground Operations, Dispatch, Cargo, and Cabin Services is preferred.
- Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools is desirable.
