Oracle SCM Support Consultant

About the Role

PwC is looking for an experienced Oracle SCM Support Consultant to join our global support team. This role is focused on providing functional support for Oracle Supply Chain applications, ensuring business continuity, resolving production issues, and supporting business users across integral operations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Oracle SCM modules, particularly Cost Management (Costing), Warehouse Management System (WMS), and Inventory Management.

This is primarily an Application Support / AMS role, working closely with international stakeholders to resolve issues, support operations, and drive continuous improvements.

As part of a global environment, advanced English communication skills are mandatory, as you will collaborate daily with teams across multiple regions and time zones.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide functional support for SCM applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, incidents, and user inquiries.
- Support and maintain Oracle Costing, WMS, and Inventory processes.
- Analyze business requirements and recommend process improvements.
- Conduct root cause analysis and coordinate issue resolution with business and technical teams.
- Support system enhancements, testing activities, and production deployments.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted supply chain operations.
- Create and maintain functional documentation, support procedures, and knowledge articles.




- Participate in continuous improvement and optimization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with support processes and service level agreements (SLAs).

Required Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience supporting Oracle SCM applications.
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and/or Oracle EBS SCM.
- Functional expertise in one or more of the following modules:
- Cost Management (Costing)
- Warehouse Management (WMS)
- Inventory Management
- Experience in Application Support, AMS, Production Support, or Managed Services environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with ticketing systems and support processes.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple regions.
- Advanced English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
