Senior Associate – Oracle HCM
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Associate specializing in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) to join our team in Mexico. The idóneo candidate will have in-depth experience with Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, supporting HR processes and system implementations tailored to business needs. This role requires a strong understanding of HR modules, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work closely with HR and IT stakeholders to drive system optimization and deliver effective HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits, and Workforce Management. - Collaborate with HR teams to gather requirements, identify process improvements, and translate business needs into system enhancements. - Manage data integrity and ensure compliance with local labor laws and organizational policies within the Oracle HCM system. - Assist in end-to-end testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and issue resolution during system upgrades or rollouts. - Develop and deliver training materials and user documentation for Oracle HCM functionalities. - Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for HCM applications,
coordinating with Oracle support as needed. - Participate in global and regional HCM projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and best practices. - Generate reports and analytics to support HR decision making and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. - 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud in a support or implementation role. - Solid knowledge of Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Workforce Management. - Experience with Oracle HCM reporting tools and analytics is preferred. - Familiarity with local Mexican labor laws and payroll regulations is an advantage. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, fluent in English and Spanish. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Oracle HCM certification(s) - Experience with Oracle Cloud integrations and APIs - Project management experience - Knowledge of other HRIS systems
