Description Our Client is one of the United States' largest insurers, providing a wide range of insurance and financial services products with gross written premiums well over US$25 Billion (P&C;). Finally, our client is part of one the largest Insurance Groups in the world. This role plays a critical part in the design, tracking, analysis, and optimization of agency sales compensation programs, achievement clubs, and sales incentive initiatives.
As a member of the Agency Compensation & Incentives team, you will leverage data, financial modeling, and performance analytics to evaluate compensation programs, develop actionable insights, and support leadership decision-making. You will collaborate closely with Distribution leaders, District Managers, and agency partners to drive profitable growth through effective incentive strategies and transparent performance reporting. This role is adecuado for a professional who enjoys working with complex datasets, building financial models, creating impactful dashboards, and influencing business outcomes through data-driven recommendations.
Track and administer agency compensation programs, sales incentives, achievement clubs, and other Distribution initiatives. Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions that provide visibility into compensation performance and business outcomes. Build budget forecasts and ROI analyses to assess the financial impact of compensation initiatives.
Partner with business stakeholders to evaluate program performance and make data-driven recommendations.
Monitor key performance metrics and provide ongoing reporting to leadership teams. Utilize tools such as Power BI, Excel, SQL, and Snowflake to gather, analyze, and visualize data.
Support strategic planning processes by providing insights on sales performance, compensation trends, and incentive effectiveness. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in compensation analysis, financial analysis, sales analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
Experience developing financial models, forecasts, performance reporting, budgeting and forecasting expertise. Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL & Snowflake. Strong ROI and business case analysis capabilities.
