This role touches a wide cross-section of Taptap Send's truly global operations. You will showcase project management skills navigating our operations, support, trading, and finance teams.



From discussing contract terms to troubleshooting operational issues, you'll be the primary relationship contact for our third-party payment providers across the region.

Lead performance improvement and monitoring in our payment corridors in the region, including in Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, Guatemala and beyond. Collaborate with partners on troubleshooting issues and potential performance improvements Collaborate with growth, engineering, product, business development, and support teams to prepare for new market and payout partner launches Taptap Send is a 24/7 business & we do anticipate infrequent night/weekend work resolving critical issues. Ability to independently lead projects, identify operational problems & deliver solutions cross-functionally.
