The team operates in a fully remote, fast-paced environment that values empathy, initiative, and operational excellence. Act as the first line of contact for patient inquiries across platforms—EHR, secure chat, and phone—handling scheduling, prescription coordination, and follow-ups with clarity and empathy.

Care Coordination & Navigation: 40% Work closely with our clinical team and external providers to coordinate diagnostic testing, imaging, referrals, and prior authorizations. Track patient progress across the care journey and ensure continuity of care. Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation, support onboarding for new patients, and flag care gaps and systemic or financial barriers to care.
