This company is a personal brand and media business that develops educational content across multiple topics, and they are looking to bring on a Personal Brand Marketing & Executive Assistant to help with content management, social media execution, and executive support.

You will organize an existing content library, identify relevant trends, repurpose long-form content, manage publishing workflows, and independently handle recurring administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Organize and manage existing video, audio, and written content.





•⁠ ⁠Identify relevant social media trends and content opportunities.

•⁠ ⁠Repurpose long-form content into platform-specific social media assets.

•⁠ ⁠Manage publishing across Substack, Instagram, and YouTube.

•⁠ ⁠Handle recurring executive assistant and administrative responsibilities.
