Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Case Manager to join our team. The idóneo candidate will be responsible for managing cases efficiently, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and providing exceptional support to clients. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a legal environment.

Responsibilities

- Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring timely and effective communication regarding case progress.
- Review legal documents and case files for accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and precedents to support case management.
- Collaborate with attorneys and other legal professionals to develop case strategies.
- Maintain organized files and documentation in accordance with legal standards.
- Utilize Westlaw and LexisNexis for legal research purposes.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients, witnesses, and other stakeholders.




- Assist in project management tasks related to case timelines and deadlines.

Skills

- Strong understanding of workers' compensation law is preferred.
- Proven project management skills to oversee multiple cases simultaneously.
- Proficiency in document review processes to ensure quality control of legal paperwork.
- Experience in a law office environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent phone etiquette for effective client communication.
- Ability to file documents accurately and maintain organized records.
- Strong research skills to gather pertinent information for case development.
