About the Role

Core Technical Skills

- Automation & DevOps Practices: Building CI/CD pipelines, implementing self-healing systems, and driving automation across environments.
- Incident Management & Root Cause Analysis: Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to lead incident response effectively.
- System Performance & Scalability: Knowledge of distributed computing, load balancing, and capacity planning.
- Observability & Monitoring Tools: Experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and similar platforms.
- ITSM & Compliance: Familiarity with IT service management and regulatory standards.




- Network Concepts: Wireshark, TCP/IP, F5, Load balancer, Proxies, FTP/SFTP.
- Certificate management: Venafi, ECMS, OpenSSL, cipher suites.
- Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Strong ability to identify issues, analyze results, and come up with optimal, innovative solutions.
