Regional
Hardlines & Licensed Toys Manager , based in Mexico City, to lead the commercial strategy and growth of the What You'll Do This role will be responsible for developing and executing the regional category strategy, strengthening strategic licensing partnerships. Our CP manager will be Identifying new growth opportunities, leading commercial negotiations, and accelerating franchise expansion across new categories, retail platforms, and commercial initiatives. Defines the commercial priorities and strategic direction of the regional Licensing Agency for ROLA, ensuring execution is fully aligned with LATAM priorities and Global Consumer Products strategy.
Global Ambassador within the Global Hardlines Team: this leader will represent regional business priorities, market insights, and growth opportunities while helping shape global category strategy and driving the implementation of global initiatives across the region. The position will have a general scope, by reporting directly to the Regional Licensing Director, this position will lead a regional team across Mexico, Brazil, and Colombia, partnering closely with Franchise, Retail Development, Marketing, Sales, Legal, Finance, Product Development, and Brand Compliance to accelerate If you have developed an strategic and commercially driven mindset as a leader, with strong licensing or consumer products experience, proven people leadership skills,
