Job Responsibilities # Lead, manage, coordinate and drive NPI/PE projects. # Define and assess team KPIs and performance objectives. # Review and approve optimization proposals for various system programs. # Supervise and push forward NPI and related special‑project deliverables. # Provide support and technical guidance for complex technical issues. # Maintain product‑engineering‑related system documents and oversee daily department operations. # Proficient in Chinese; Spanish and English are preferred. CET‑4 is a plus. Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in NPI / Product & Process Engineering. # Solid fundamentals in electronics, proficient in common office software, capable of preparing PPT presentations. # Proven management experience and team‑leadership capabilities. # High stress tolerance; able to complete assignments assigned by supervisors. # Meticulous thinking and strong insight; extensive team‑management track record.
