ALTEN Mexico is looking for Project Manager/Quality Specialist Mid General Activities: The Project Quality Specialist is responsible for developing and executing standardization of manufacturing quality enablers. Must be a creative problem solver, proactive and steadfast in the identification and resolution vehicle quality.

The Engineer will have experience in managing cross-functionally and possess a broad knowledge of the entire automotive engineering, manufacturing and quality landscape and present outstanding teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills. ACTIVITIES MAY INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO: Performing root cause analysis of quality issues Recommending and implement cost-effective permanent corrective actions. Analyze quality data from internal and external indicators.

Conduct product evaluation tests to ensure robustness of product or process change before full implementation and will be the point of contact for engineering quality and all product-related incidents. Ensure the delivery of third-party quality metrics. Plan, prioritize,



set goals and manage multiple projects in a technical and business environment.

Support meetings at all levels of the company, including senior leadership.

Requirements Education/Experience: Bachelor of Science in Engineering - Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace/Aeronautical 2+ years of EXP Effective verbal and written communication skills Self-directed team oriented with demonstrated planning/problem-solving skills Assertive and ambitious nature Results oriented Motivated to learn new principles and ideas Motivated to make a positive impact in the work environment and on the quality of the products produced Experience/ Knowledge using advanced problem-solving tools (Kepner-Tregoe, Shainin Red X, Design of Experiments, etc.) Desirable experience using SAQ (sustentability suppliers evaluation) Ability to collect and synthesize data into meaningful information.

Experience and working knowledge of computer systems and software. Quality background Experience in OEMS is a plus Professional growth and development (Both in Mexico, Canada and Europe as well as the United Kingdom, Spain) Indeterminate Contract Hybrid scheme
