TCS is looking for a QA Automation Tester (Tricentis Tosca)

Work modality: Hybrid

(Candidate needs to be located or relocate to Querétaro, CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey, it will be requested to attend office at least 3 day per week)

Experience required and main responsibilities

- Advanced English (interviews will be conducted in this language)
- 4 years of hands-on test automation experience using Tricentis Tosca (Tosca Commander, Test Cases, Modules, Execution Lists)
- Practical experience testing SAP Successfactors (Employee Central) and SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) or strong SAP HCM/Payroll testing experience.
- Design, build, and maintain automated end to end test suites in Tricentis Tosca for SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance, Time Managmenet) and SAP ECP Payroll processes.
- Develop end to end test scenarios covering data replication between Employee Central and ECP (point to point replication), payroll simulation, reactive payroll runs, and payroll results validation
- Use Tricentis LiveCompare to run change-impact analysis ahead of SAP’s production releases and prioritize regression scope based on changes
- Maintain and refactor the automated regression suites each release cycle so scripts remain resilient to SAP SuccessFactors UI and configuration changes
- Execute functional, regression, integration and UAT support testing; log, triage and track defects through resolution in the test management tool (Tricentis qTest, Jira, Practitest etc)
- Validate & automate testing of payroll critical outputs for accuracy after configuration or schema/rule changes.



Business stakeholders to be enabled with automated testing without the need to involve QA teams.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD and SAP cloud ALM / solution Manager pipelines to support continuous testing.
- Partner with SAP functional / payroll teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into automated test suites.
- Triage test failures, distinguish true defect and drive them to resolution with various stakeholders and development teams.
- Collaborate with business, SAP dev & integration teams to translate requirements and acceptance criteria into automated test coverage.
- Report on test coverage, execution results and risks to support release go/no-go decisions.
- Contribute to test strategy, tooling decisions and continuous improvement of the automation framework.
- Strong understanding of QA fundamentals: test planning, regression strategy, defect lifecycle and SDLC lifecycle
- Should be able to work with test/defect management tools like JIRA, Practitest, or similar
