Support manufacturing process and product quality by applying Goodyear standards, quality tools, and problem-solving techniques to improve process performance and compliance.

This role supports product and process quality while helping drive continuous improvement and manufacturing optimization.

What You Will Do

- Monitor process performance and support quality improvement initiatives.

- Apply problem-solving and root-cause analysis tools to address process issues.

- Support ISO/IATF standards, audits, and corrective actions.

- Assist with technical specifications, process documentation, and compliance.

- Participate in assigned quality and improvement projects.

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in science, Technology, Engineering, or related field.

- 0 years of experience; entry-level candidates welcome.

- Knowledge of quality systems and problem-solving tools.

- Familiarity with Core Tools: FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, and Control Plan.

- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949 preferred.
