Responsibilities

- Build, coach and develop a high-performing quality team while promoting a strong quality culture.
- Lead customer quality activities, ensuring compliance with IKEA standards and requirements.
- Manage internal quality performance and lead initiatives to reduce cost of poor quality.
- Secure supplier quality performance for critical materials,



including incoming inspection and supplier claims management.
- Lead implementation, certification and continues improvement of ISO9001.
- Drive Six Sigma projects focused on scrap and rework reduction.

Requirments

- Proven experience in development of independent and high-performing teams.
- Degree in engineering.
- Minimum 5 years proven experience managing customer, internal and supplier quality processes including QMS.
- Experienced internal auditor.
- Demonstrated successful scrap reduction Six Sigma projects.
- Strong expertise in problem-solving tools, as well 8D, FMEA, SPC, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Fluent English communication.
