Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

- Proporciona supervisión transversal para el desarrollo y mantenimiento de programas, sistemas, procesos y procedimientos de calidad, asegurando el cumplimiento de las políticas corporativas y que el desempeño y la calidad de los servicios se alineen con los estándares y lineamientos internos y externos establecidos en México, Panamá, Costa Rica y Centroamérica.

- Brinda experiencia y asesoría en la interpretación de políticas, regulaciones gubernamentales y normativas internas para garantizar el cumplimiento regulatorio.

- Trabaja directamente con las áreas operativas proporcionando supervisión continua de los procesos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los requisitos y regulaciones aplicables.

- Lidera la preparación para auditorías e inspecciones, la resolución de hallazgos derivados de estas y actúa como enlace con auditores e inspectores durante todas las etapas del proceso.

- Prepara reportes y documentación requerida (por ejemplo, Acciones Correctivas y Preventivas - CAPA) y los proporciona a las partes interesadas correspondientes, tanto internas como externas.

- Coordina solicitudes legales relacionadas con investigaciones gubernamentales o procesos litigiosos.

- Garantiza que los programas y políticas de aseguramiento de calidad se mantengan actualizados y sean revisados o modificados periódicamente cuando sea necesario.

- Promueve la estandarización global y el intercambio de mejores prácticas dentro de la organización, contribuyendo al cumplimiento de la misión de la compañía a nivel mundial

Conocimientos y Experiencia Requeridos:

- Carrera universitaria concluida en Químico Farmacéutico Industrial (Q.F.I.) Ingeniero Químico Industrial (I.Q.I.), Ingeniero Químico (I.Q.) Ingeniero Bioquímico (I.B.Q), Químico Farmacéutico Biólogo (Q.F.B.) Químico (Q.), Ingeniero Administrador Industrial (I.A.I.), Ingeniero Biomédico, Licenciado en Farmacia (L.F.), Médico o carreras afinescon experiencia relevante en procesos y/o controles de calidad

- Mínimo de dos años de experiencia relevante, trabajando con procesos de sistemas de gestión de calidad, ya sea en área comercial,manufactura, almacéno distribución,



asegurando el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad, y cumplimiento de regulaciones de dispositivos médicos y/o productos regulados de salud (Farma) en México, Panamá, Costa Rica & Centroamérica

- Nivel Avanzado de Inglés

- Conocimiento y experiencia en Sistema de Gestión de Calidad, Gestión de Riesgos, Manejo de SAP, Logística y Planeación, certificaciones ISO y estándares internacionales de calidad

- Sería una ventaja contar con certificado de Yellow, Green o Black belt.

- Sería una ventaja contar experiencia en gestión de riesgos y administración de proyectos.

- Ubicación física de la posición: Ciudad de México
