About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Recruiter to join our team in Tijuana. This position will play an important role in attracting skilled talent for electrical construction projects across the United States.

The Recruiter will work on-site and collaborate closely with our Human Resources and Operations teams. You will help connect qualified professionals with opportunities in the electrical construction industry while building strong relationships with candidates and internal teams.

Responsibilities

- Recruit for specialized roles in the electrical construction industry, including journeymen, leads, superintendents, apprentices, electricians, and related positions.
- Post job openings, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the recruitment process.
- Source candidates through multiple platforms, networking channels, and job fairs.
- Maintain consistent communication with the U.S.-based team and candidates.
- Track recruitment activity, maintain accurate records, and report recruiting metrics.
- Learn about electrical construction roles and project needs in order to identify the right talent in the market.

Requirements

- Must reside in Tijuana, B.C.




- Advanced written and spoken English required.
- At least four years of recruiting experience, preferred in the electrical construction industry.
- Experience recruiting for U.S.-based positions is preferred.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday.
- Experience working with recruiting platforms, applicant tracking systems, or candidate databases is a plus.
