Negotiate commercial agreements, freight rates, and service-level agreements with carriers and logistics providers. Build and manage a high-performing carrier network that supports business requirements and growth.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, or related field. 5-7+ years of experience in transportation procurement, logistics, or supply chain management. Deep understanding of Ocean Freight markets and transportation networks across the Americas.

Experience of operating effectively in a region / matrix organization Fluency in English and Spanish is required, Portuguese is beneficial The ability to travel across region Americas as required.
