Remote Bilingual Appointment Setter / Call Center Representative

Amaira is a growing aesthetic medicine and plastic surgery company based in South Florida. We are looking for a motivated, bilingual English/Spanish Appointment Setter to join our remote call center team.

This is a high-volume phone role. You will be speaking with prospective patients who have expressed interest in cosmetic surgery and aesthetic treatments, following up with leads, answering basic questions, qualifying prospects, and booking consultations with our Patient Coordinators.

Responsibilities

- Call and follow up with new inbound leads quickly
- Make a high volume of outbound calls each day
- Book qualified prospects for consultations
- Follow up with leads through phone, text, and CRM
- Maintain accurate notes and lead statuses
- Meet weekly and monthly appointment-setting KPIs
- Communicate professionally with U.S.-based patients

Requirements

- Fluent or near-fluent spoken English
- Fluent Spanish
- Previous call center, sales, appointment-setting,



or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
- Reliable computer, internet connection, and quiet workspace
- Organized and comfortable working inside a CRM
- Must be available during U.S. Eastern Time business hours
- Coachable, competitive, and comfortable working toward performance goals

Compensation $6–$10 USD per hour, depending on experience and English proficiency, plus performance-based incentives/bonuses.

This is a full-time remote position with an opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding U.S.-based company.

Important: Because this position involves speaking with U.S. patients throughout the day, excellent spoken English is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Pay: $17,600.39 - $29,400.00 per month
