Description Work From Anywhere in LATAM and the Philippines Work Schedule: EST | Monday–Friday, hours aligned during kickoff for reliable clinic coverage (strong US Eastern overlap) A US-based primary care company is building a new model of locally rooted, independent practices, looking for a Clinic Operations Coordinator to serve as the virtual front desk and keep patient operations running smoothly. The company is launching multiple net-new independent practices, with initial practitioners already signed and additional providers in contracting. At this stage, early patient experience is the growth engine—responsive, reliable operations directly shape reviews and clinic momentum.

Success means no missed calls, no dropped follow-ups, and clean monthly performance reporting that protects clinician time and builds durable patient trust.

Requirements Must-Have 2+ years in a medical front desk, clinic coordinator, care coordination, or patient support role Hands-on experience operating an EHR system, including tasking for medication refills, referrals,
