Job Title: Remote Production Manager (100% Work From Home) Location: Remote from Latin America Full-time Monday to Friday, business hours Our client is a fast-paced custom manufacturing business seeking a highly organized and reliable Production Manager (Administrative) to support their production team. This person will serve as a critical backup and administrative right hand to the production team, ensuring that orders, shipments, and fabric procurement are tracked closely and nothing falls through the cracks. This role is adecuado for someone with real workforce experience who can take ownership of day-to-day production administration, catch issues before they become delays, and keep orders and shipments moving on schedule.

The right candidate will quickly learn the business's production flow, proactively monitor timelines, and act as a dependable backup to the production manager whenever needed.
