Our Client is seeking a sharp, self-driven Sales Representative to lead B2B business development across Central and South America. Managing the full sales lifecycle—from initial prospecting through technical proposal generation, negotiation, and deal close—this professional will engage resort developers, real estate firms, sports clubs, municipalities, and private facility owners.

This position is ideal for a sales operator who treats sales as a craft, leverages AI productivity platforms daily, and rapidly absorbs technical product knowledge to communicate credibly with architects and developers. Full-Cycle B2B Sales & Pipeline Expansion Owns the full sales lifecycle—from cold outreach and initial needs discovery to technical proposal presentation and final contract execution. Builds and maintains an organized sales pipeline within CRM software, tracking deal stages, key metrics, and account follow-ups.





Represents the brand with high professionalism, authority, and consultative execution across all prospective client touchpoints. Integrates AI tools (such as ChatGPT or Claude) into daily workflows to accelerate market research, prospect outreach, content personalization, and client proposal drafting. Collaborates with internal operations and project management teams to align client expectations with actual construction schedules and technical capabilities.

B2B Sales Mastery: Proven experience managing full B2B sales cycles, prospecting high-value decision-makers, and closing complex transactions.

Bilingual Language Proficiency: Fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish, with the capability to conduct technical business negotiations in both languages. Strong capacity to quickly learn technical product specs, material compositions, and construction installation concepts.

Remote Infrastructure: Dedicated home workspace with reliable high-speed internet, webcam, and headset. Professional fluency in Portuguese is a strong advantage. Prior sales or business development experience within real estate development, commercial construction, building materials, or sports infrastructure industries.

Demonstrated history of utilizing CRM software and modern sales automation stacks. 2,500 USD fixed monthly base salary paired with an uncapped 2% performance commission structure on all closed sales.
