About the job As a Business Development Manager, Airline Partnerships, you will support and grow relationships with a portfolio of airline distribution partners, helping to drive revenue growth and long-term collaboration. You will represent the company in day-to-day airline partner interactions, working closely with internal teams to execute commercial initiatives, support partner needs, and contribute to enterprise growth goals. Track partner performance, analyze results, and help identify risks and growth opportunities Build a strong understanding of partner business objectives and assist in developing initiatives aligned with their strategy Identify opportunities to improve commercial relationships and collaborate with internal teams to address them Help organize and participate in quarterly business reviews with airline partners Support contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments in collaboration with senior team members Develop a working knowledge of the global travel market, with a focus on airline industry dynamics. An adecuado candidate has 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management with a track record of supporting revenue growth Familiarity with commercial, cultural, and regulatory dynamics of the LATAM travel ecosystem Ability to prepare and deliver clear, data-driven presentations Passion for travel, technology, and digital commerce Foundational value-selling skills and commercial acumen Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English & Portuguese Hopper will offer and cover 100% of employee premiums for private Major & Minor Medical insurances.
