As a Lab Technician, the individual is expected to learn, perform testing activities with supervision in the Performance Dryer laboratory in Monterrey, handling day-to-day operations, data analysis, report preparation, along with other objectives of the Lab Lab Technician will report directly to the Lab Supervisor.



Computer skills (MS Office (ppt., word, excel, etc) and/or G Suite Tools) English knowledge is desirable. Carry out tests according to the Laboratory procedures and proper methodologies with supervision.

Record and prepare data and generate lab reports. Handles multiple projects concurrently. Capability to work in a general engineering team environment, with customers located in local and other countries.

Flexibility in adapting to quickly changing business task/project priorities. Positive attitude and general discipline in all daily activities and interactions. Mostly independent, may provide informal coaching to others.
