Ensuring a high conversion rate from lead generation to qualified opportunities. Use various channels including cold calling, emailing, and social media to generate leads and initiate contact with key decision-makers. Conduct outbound calls to engage prospects, qualify leads, and set up meetings or demos for the sales team.

Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and prioritize leads efficiently using CRM software to ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities. Track and report on sales metrics, including lead conversion rates and sales forecasts.



Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, addressing their needs and ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team.

Market Research and Strategy: Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Requirements Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role in a B2B environment.
