About the Role How do you build a world-class sales organization? By creating a best-in-class Sales Development team. We are actively looking for driven, high-potential professionals to join our Mexico Sales Development organization to help us transform one of the most important industries on the planet.
Sales Development
Representative (SDR) , you will be the front-line voice of Motive—navigating organizations, identifying client challenges, and setting qualified discovery meetings for our Account Executive team. During the interview process, we evaluate each candidate's unique strengths, communication style, and sales instincts to place you in the SDR path (Inbound, Outbound, or Hybrid) where you will thrive and make the biggest impact.
Drive Qualified Pipeline: Engage prospective clients to identify operational challenges, qualify business fit against our Adecuado Customer Profile (ICP),
and book high-value meetings for Account Executives. Act as the first point of contact for warm prospects, converting incoming inquiries, trial requests, and content downloads into qualified pipeline through rapid speed-to-lead. Execute targeted, multi-channel outreach campaigns (phone, email, social) to engage net-new accounts and decision-makers in key markets.
Diligently track interactions in Salesforce, manage follow-up cadences, and re-engage stalled or missed opportunities to maximize conversion.
What We're Looking For We are seeking adaptable, ambitious candidates who bring a strong foundation for sales success: Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
Core Sales Instincts: Low ego, open to constructive feedback, and passionate about continuous personal and career development. Previous SDR, cold calling, customer-facing, or Salesforce experience is a plus (though strong potential and attitude come first). Bachelor's Degree required. hybrid role Mexico City office (2–3 days in-office per week).
The applicant must be authorized to receive and access those commodities and technologies controlled under U.some interviews or new-hire training sessions may be held in person at one of our global offices.
