Continuously develop knowledge of the hospitality and short-term rental industry, Guesty's product suite, competitive landscape, and customer use cases.



Maintain accurate prospect activity and pipeline updates in Salesforce, HubSpot, and SalesLoft. Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities with clear discovery notes and next steps.

Entry-level role. Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required. Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Comfortable speaking with business owners and senior stakeholders.

Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools is an advantage. Motivated to break into tech sales and grow within a high-performing organization. Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, marketing, and operations teams.
