Sales Development

Representative at Remofirst, you'll be responsible for driving new business for our sales team and establishing relationships with various decision-makers within our target customers. Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and book qualified meetings for our Account Executive team. Work closely with the Outbound Manager to identify target accounts among businesses expanding internationally, using Apollo to research and source the right contacts.

Conduct outbound prospecting in English and Spanish via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn, tailoring your approach to each market.



Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activity in HubSpot and report regularly on progress against targets. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our outbound process by testing new messaging and sharing feedback with the wider sales team. 1+ year of overall experience in Sales Development representative-related roles in the software industry.

Experience in international HR, Payroll, Global Mobility, or a fast-paced startup environment is a plus.
