~10+ years of experience in automotive sales, preferably working directly with dealer networks~ Previous experience in a Sales Director, DND Manager, Sales Manager or similar leadership position~ Strong knowledge of the Mexican automotive market~ Experience managing sales targets, dealer performance and profitability~ Strong negotiation and leadership skills~ Advanced English C1~ Availability to travel~ Bachelor's degree in Business,
