Sales

Recruiter , you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-performing sales talent to support the company's growth. This role requires a strong understanding of sales profiles, high-volume recruiting, and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for inside sales, account executives, closers, and sales leadership roles. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for sales positions, from job posting and sourcing to interviews, offers, and onboarding.

Partner closely with sales leaders to understand hiring needs, role profiles, and performance expectations. Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards,



social media, referrals, and networking. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess sales experience, communication skills, and cultural fit.

Evaluate candidates based on sales metrics, performance history, and behavioral competencies. Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified sales candidates for current and future hiring needs. Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Support hiring for high-volume sales roles while maintaining quality standards. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field. 2+ years of experience recruiting sales profiles (inside sales, call center sales, B2B sales preferred). Strong understanding of sales roles, KPIs, and performance-driven environments.

Experience recruiting in high-volume or fast-paced sales organizations is a plus.

Advanced
