Project: SAP S/4HANA Implementation / Data Migration

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP OTC Data Migration Consultant to support an SAP S/4HANA implementation project. The consultant will be responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, reconciliation, and validation of master and transactional data throughout the migration lifecycle.

The role will work closely with functional, technical, and business teams across the region, supporting critical project milestones including SIT, FDR, and Cutover .

Key Responsibilities

- Perform data reconciliation of master and transactional objects prior to system release to business users, including FDR and Cutover activities .
- Support data provisioning and preparation for new objects within the SAP S/4HANA scope , including conditional contract scenarios and other OTC-related objects.
- Identify and define the scope of Data Scrambling activities required for the project.
- Support data migration activities for SAP Order-to-Cash processes.
- Perform data validation to ensure completeness, accuracy, consistency, and integrity of migrated data.
- Support SIT data validation activities ,



including the definition and validation of required inputs and expected testing results.
- Analyze discrepancies between source-system data and SAP S/4HANA data and coordinate their resolution with the relevant teams.
- Support data-related activities during FDR and Cutover , ensuring successful migration and reconciliation of OTC data.
- Prepare and maintain data validation, reconciliation, and migration documentation .
- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure data readiness and quality across the project.
- Provide functional expertise on SAP OTC processes and data objects throughout the migration lifecycle.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in SAP OTC / Order-to-Cash .
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Data Migration projects.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, or transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of OTC processes and data objects , including:
- Customer / Business Partner
- Sales Orders
- Deliveries
- Billing
- Pricing
- Contracts
- Condition Contracts
- Proven experience in Data Validation, Data Reconciliation, and Data Cleansing .
- Experience supporting SIT, UAT, FDR, and Cutover activities.
- Ability to analyze large volumes of data and identify discrepancies or data-quality issues.
- Experience working with regional/integral teams and cross-functional stakeholders .
- Advanced English is required for interaction with international stakeholders.





Nice to Have
- Experience with SAP Migration Cockpit .
- Knowledge of SAP data migration tools such as SAP Data Services, LSMW , or similar tools.
- Experience with Data Scrambling / Data Masking .
- Experience in multi-country SAP S/4HANA Rollout or Transformation projects .
- Previous experience supporting Cutover Management activities.
- Knowledge of data migration methodologies and best practices.
