Senior AA Business Consultant – Limits & Collateral: The Challenge (Responsibilities) Act as a functional Subject Matter Expert (SME)



during a major core banking implementation project in Mexico City. Analyze client business requirements related to risk, lending, and collateral management, mapping them directly to Tememos Transact capabilities. Perform detailed gap analysis between current business processes and Tememos functionality.

Work closely with business stakeholders, technical consultants, developers, and integration teams to support end-to-end delivery.

Support System Integration

Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles. Your Profile (Requirements) High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery. A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering." Previous commercial or corporate lending implementation experience.

Ability to lead business requirement-gathering workshops with senior bank stakeholders. Prior experience working on temporary or contract-based major transformation projects. Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

Languages Advanced Oral English: For seamless collaboration with global teams.
