A bout the P osition We have the perfect opportunity for an experienced Material Planner . The role will primarily report into the Material Planning Senior Manager . This is a hands- on role in a fast-paced environment where the successful candidate must have the right attitude, be prepared to roll their sleeves up and be an excellent problem solver.

This person will have a broad range of responsibilities across all aspects of Material P lanning . We are looking for someone who doesn't need an y motivation to develop, a self-starter, who is hungry to continua lly improve Material planning & Supply chain operations . You will be working close together with various business partners in our Business units , GBS & General O perations teams as well as cross functionally with Procurement & external suppliers.

In bri ef, you will be responsible for :

- Executes Short, medium & long-term replenishment strategies for assigned materials while optimizing the balance between supply availability and inventory investment .
- Works cross functionally with Marketing, Procurement, R&D;, Suppliers, Quality and Finance teams on commercializ ing Material change management initiatives , ensuring material availability




- Supports inventory reduction initiatives entailing optimization of SAP MRP parameters, total supply chain process improvement, and application of lean principles.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply planning, Manufacturing , and P rocurement teams to align supply chain activities.
- Analyze and optimize MRP processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
- Determines supplier capacity constraints and executes appropriate contingency plans to maintain supply when capacity is exceeded

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain M anagement , Engineering, Business or related field
- 4 + Years Supply C hain experience preferably within FMCG
- S trong knowledge of S&OP; , Supply and Material Planning principles
- Proficiency in Supply Chain & Supply Chain P lanning software & tools preferred (OMP, Kinaxis , O9 or SAP APO)
- Proven track record to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
